Bushey Place, Dee Why – New Build Project

Lavish Living Construction was recommended to us through mutual contacts in the construction industry, to assist with the main build construction phase of our project in Dee Why.

We engaged Lavish Living Construction to be the project management team to ensure that the major trades were engaged in a timely fashion within budget. The project was a private luxury residence, built over four levels in full brick/masonry with four concrete slabs and a lift shaft.

The site was highly challenging — being a steeply sloping site with poor access. Under the steerage of Abdul, we were able to implement a programme that delivered a staged construction schedule without a fixed crane on site, which was highly cost effective.

Abdul Zreika, the principal of Lavish Living Construction, also made many recommendations whilst in the Project Management role, including addressing engineering issues, which resulted in significant cost savings. He also was able to source reliable trades and deliver to timelines. Abdul brought his expertise on site management and OHS implementation to our build, ensuring that the site complied with DA conditions and building and construction industry guidelines and safety standards.

The engagement of Lavish Living Construction provided an easier building experience to our project. A smooth construction process saves both time and money whilst at the same time alleviating concerns regarding sourcing reliable trades.
