We almost gave up after trying for 5 years – subdivided small irregular block of land, side slope, tilted retaining wall, extravagant site cost. We have visited all major project homes, spoken to handful of custom builders. 2 years after our DA being approved, no progress took place and we were prepared to let our DA expire and put our dreams away.
Then we met Abdul through a family friend. He is different to anyone we have met. He gave us the confidence he is the only person who can make it happen. And we were right. A year later, not only we started living in a house we dreamed for years, Abdul has made it better with his professional suggestions and solid management of his tradesmen. He has become our family friend.
