"Now that our extension work is coming to a close, I thought it was a good opportunity to share our gratitude with you.

Matt, my parents, Jenni and Dave, and I would all like to say a massive thank you for the professionalism, organisation and hard work that yourself and your team at Lavish Living Construction put in to help create a home for our family. From day one you made us feel at ease and went out of your way to ensure everyone was happy with the decisions made. Our extension seemed an impossible dream to us and I’m sure at times, was a headache for you, but you managed to keep a level head and took all the stress off our shoulders. We were extremely impressed with the level of respect and kindness that your employees and you showed to our entire family whilst the extension was taking place above and around us. We couldn’t be happier with the end result, we are still in awe when we arrive home and see what our new house looks like – inside and out! Not only does it look amazing, but due to your impeccable organisation and leadership, was achieved in an incredibly short time.

Finding a loyal, trustworthy and timely builder is a difficult thing nowadays but you are definitely the exception! Not only did you stay to budget, everything you achieved was to the highest standard with no corners cut. My husband deals with builders on a regular basis with his job and they do not compare.
